June Leigh is a special occasion custom collection of crepe and silk dresses with genuine swarovski trims. Since it is made right here in NYC we can do rush cuts, measurements and style changes. VM by Mori Lee is being renamed! Starting for the Spring season VM by Mori Lee will be renamed MGNY. MGNY stands for Madeline Gardner New York the fabulous designer of the collection. The line for the Spring season is more diverse that ever and still maintains their updated looks and amazing price point. The Spring season at Blake & Company has started off with a bang!! The Spring collections from Daymor, VM by Mori Lee, Damianou, Ideas by Barbara, Ashley Designs, JSS Knitwear, Scaravelli, Caterina by Jordan, Ildiko and our newest line Illianna have all started to ship and the reaction from the stores has been great. If you are coming to NYC for any of the upcoming markets please be sure to stop by the showroom to see the newest things from our designers!!
What an amazing night!!!! I got to meet “Fashion Royalty” Mr. Oscar de la Renta!!!!!!! Trust me he did not disappoint. He even smelled delicious. Here is a picture.

We recovering from Bridal Market here at Blake & Company and would like to thank all of our wonderful stores for coming out to support us. What a terrific market we had!
I know it is still the summer but, the VM by Mori Lee Fall 2013 collection is starting to ship. This collection is the best one so far. Young wearable long and short styles are attracting all ages. We have some beautiful “Great Gatsby” looks too!! Mothers of the Bride and Grooms are loving this collection.

Ashley Designs is our newest collection! They acquired the patterns for Sia Sia’s best selling styles and with their permission they will continue to produce them. Soft flowy dresses, three piece outfits and separates make this line a “must have” for our clients.
